BEFORE YOU START
Existing Club Contacts - do you remember your club password?
If not, contact the Volleyball BC office - (604) 291-2007 or email officeadmin@volleyballbc.ca
or techdirector@volleyballbc.ca.
New Club Contacts/ New Clubs - you will create a Password as you create your
club. (should be 6 min characters).
Note - this
tutorial is intended for New Clubs.
Existing Club Contacts - you will see a 'renew club' option on the right side of
the screen after you log in to your account. Follow this link to renew
your existing club.
New Club Contacts
Step One - Register yourself as a club contact.
a) Click Online Registration on the Volleyball BC homepage.
b) Login as an existing member.
Forgot your login/ password? The system will email you this information. If you have changed or forgotten the email address you saved in the system, contact our office at (604) 291-2007.

c) Select Register in another Category

d) You will see a list of membership categories. Select Youth Club Contact and click Continue
Note - if registering as a team contact, select Youth Team Contact and click continue. Only club contacts have the option to create a new club (n/a for existing clubs)
e) Are you creating a new club?
If yes, click create new club and enter your club’s information. Clubs
from last year should not create a new club.
If no, select continue with registration.

Step Two – Create your club’s teams.
This step requires that you are currently registered as either a team or club
contact.
a) Log into the system (see Step One b)
Existing Club Contacts - you will see a 'renew club' option on the right side of the screen. Follow this link.
b) Select Youth Club Admin

c) Select your club and enter your club password. Click Submit

d) You see the main club admin screen. This is a list of all teams in your club. Click Create New Team

e) Complete the details for your team. Click Submit
Name, age, zone, and gender are required. Uniform color can be added/
edited later through roster edit

f) Confirm that the team name, age, zone, and gender are correct. You will not be able to change this information once submitted. Click Continue when satisfied with the data entered

Step Three – Populate a team with players and coaches.
a) If not already viewing a team’s roster, click on a team name from the
Admin Area (as in Step Two d)
b) This is the team's roster page

c) Add players
To add players that played for your club or already exist in the database, click
Add Players From Database

d) There are 2 ways to add existing system players
Method 1 - If you are an existing club, you will see a list of players that
played for your club last year
Method 2 - If the player you want to add is not in the list of previous players,
use the search tool to find the player in the database
Note that as you add players, the list of players on the left side of the screen is updated
When done, click Back to Roster Page

Step Four– Add coaches and team staff
a) Click Edit for the position you want to update

b) Make a selection from the drop down list and click Submit. Proceed as prompted

Step Five– Saving the team roster and payment
a) When finished adding players and staff members, click Save Roster
and Register Players
Note that any team members that appear red have membership dues payable
Warning – if you click Cancel, you will lose all changes made since your last save

b) Confirm that the payment details are correct and click Proceed to Secure Checkout

Step Six - Repeat the process from step two for each team in your club
System specifics:
Club contacts may view/ edit all teams within the club
Team contacts may only view/ edit teams for which they are the team contact
Players may only be in 1 club at any one time. Players may be on more than 1
team within the same club
